While living in Pittsburgh, I graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and Chatham University with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge
in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health through lifestyle and dietary choices. Combining my nutritional education with 15 years experience as a physician assistant in clinic settings gives me a unique perspective on my approach
with clients.
